I have decided not to return the sock and will update my review, the sock works great for relieving pain from heel spurs and Achilles tendon sprains. I can walk most of the day and I can't remember how much my leg hurts. The sock leaves a ring around the thigh as it is very tight at the top of the cuff. Quality is good but too tight above the ankle. I prefer Be Visible open toe support socks in bright colors. You should also order one size up if you have a long foot so that it is long enough to provide more support.
