Received this and spent about twenty minutes installing the plug and play device. The drivers were not loaded automatically, neither from the CD nor from the download. I called tech support and was on the phone for an hour and ten minutes while they made me repeat everything I had already done multiple times. There was no indication of a hardware failure, a small light came on and the device shows up fine in Device Manager. The driver just didn't install. However, after seventy minutes of fruitless grasping at straws, I was told to send it back. I assume that this way I can solve someone else's problem if the software isn't installed. The cost of the technical support salary on this topic exceeded the cost of the product. My time is even more valuable.
