The product was easy to install and configure, but in practice proved to be extremely unreliable. one. The USB port suddenly stops recognizing it during use and I get disconnected during work meetings etc. Would return, refund if I could.

This device arrived well packaged and on time but the internet is worse with it than without, my internet connection is too slow when using this device and I have an old computer so I need to know don't know what components they use to make this device. Don't worry about buying this product, it will not be good for you and you will lose your money.

Works well so far. I'm using this on a new build. The only issue I had was that Windows 10 didn't quite recognize it (I think it was due to an outdated driver). As soon as I connected to the ethernet, the driver updated automatically and I was in business. There is no ethernet in the room this computer will be in, so I had to move it temporarily.
