Good price for abrasive and finish
When you're in trouble and don't have much money to spare, this works great. If you have money to spare, at least try to upgrade to a better quality spoked wheel. They work fine, just some of the wires fly off after I just sharpen the chisel on a hard whetstone and "clean up" with a spoked wheel, so to speak.
