The switch may need to be adjusted after installation.
If the switch doesn't solve your pressure problem, you may need to adjust the screw under the silicone. See fig. Tighten to relieve pressure (lift seal handle during cooking). Loosen to increase pressure (container not airtight). Deflate and unplug before adjusting. Make small changes. Test again. Hope that helps!
