Exactly what I was looking for. When I was growing up we had a drum grater. It was easy and effective. It was the closest I could find with the same level of durability and quality. I quickly tried slicing cucumbers, grating carrots, and grating walnuts. Easy to use, easy to change drums and easy to clean with a vegetable drum cleaning brush. Faster and safer than using a regular hand grater. I wanted to buy a food processor for these tasks, but it seemed overkill for the quantities I was making. Then I remembered the drum grater from my childhood. So glad I found this one.
