So disappointed best in remote controls
All I can say is thank goodness there's a key that comes with this keyless door lock because he's far from clueless. The battery dies in a week, it takes an hour to program each time, and the remote only works when you're within 6 inches of the door. There is absolutely no working phone number in the instructions to speak to someone from the support service (if they have one). I really feel torn. So disappointed and upset this is a failure.
