Morning Industry INC RM-RF Additional Remote Control Review

The lock is very easy to program and works like a charm. I can walk out the door and push the button to lock it. If I'm lying in bed and don't want to get up to check the locks, I can just press the button on the remote and it's locked.

Bought a couple of these as add-ons when I bought a MiLocks XFL-020B deadbolt digital door lock with keyless entry. One came with a doorknob, but I wanted more. They work exactly like the ones that came with the item. Works perfectly. Very simple, no questions asked. We've been using it for a little over 2 months.

Had to order this as our second set was stolen from a car. It's good to know that what you have has no value. The lock allows you to erase all remote controls and set a new code. Handy if you want to open the door before you arrive with a load of packages/food.

I've bought several of these at once. The range is closer to 10-15 feet than the advertised 30. One of the remotes works a couple of times then needs to be reprogrammed to the door. I changed the batteries but after about 3 or 4 uses it stops working and needs to be programmed again. All other remotes I've received work fine as long as you're close enough to the door.

All I can say is thank goodness there's a key that comes with this keyless door lock because he's far from clueless. The battery dies in a week, it takes an hour to program each time, and the remote only works when you're within 6 inches of the door. There is absolutely no working phone number in the instructions to speak to someone from the support service (if they have one). I really feel torn. So disappointed and upset this is a failure.

This is my third. The first button broke after 2 years, the second suddenly stopped working (can it get wet? I don't know, but it's possible). I tried changing the batteries but that didn't fix the problem so I bought this one. . Set up was just as easy as the first two (the first two were included with their respective locks). To be honest I cannot agree with this review. I am buying several Revain keychains. Although they appeared to be working, none of them communicated with the lock. I contacted milocks support about the issue, maybe thinking the product description or something else was inaccurate. Didn't really get a reply, just a tracking number which turned out to be another key fob. These keychains work. However, as far as I can tell they are identical to the ones I bought here at Revain. I am less concerned about the device range; even 5-10 feet helps. However, I am concerned about the reliability, the apparent lack of quality control, and the fees charged by the warranty department for processing a claim.
