Review on 🥄 Stainless Steel Measuring Cup Set by Cuisipro by Karla Matthews

I have had this set for at least five years and bought it as a gift for someone who would shamelessly covet mine. It's great, but my old set is much heavier. The walls of these cups are much thinner. I weighed two sets and found my old weighed 23 ounces (about 660 grams) and the new weighed 16 ounces (about 450 grams). The old set is clearly marked "Stainless Steel 18/10" while the new ones are just "Stainless Steel". 18/10 stainless steel is 18% chromium and 10% nickel, so will likely look better and will likely last better than new, which may or may not contain nickel. But this whole technical discussion is really beyond my skill - just wanted to mention the difference and maybe let the manufacturer know about their degraded quality. However I think they are still excellent, the shape is really nice to use and they are made of high quality stainless steel which should hold up well. If my old set ever breaks (probably not - they don't bend, they don't scratch, they look like new in five years) I will buy this set to replace.
