This is the second mirror I have bought for my budgie. I use it in his cage when I travel and he spends most of the day alone waiting for his nanny. It's a cheap toy, but he likes it. I have to keep an eye on the beads for any signs he's starting to wear them down as I don't want him eating the plastic bits. I do not recommend buying this for a new parrot as you will want the bird to get close to you before it sees the budgie's reflection.
