All 6 side brushes were damaged/deformed

All side brushes were deformed. So it deserves 1 star for that. But since the mail filter and main brush were fine, I give it 2 stars. Obviously the manufacturer is aware of the problem with the side brushes. The sales page says water is to be used to bring it back to its original shape. It does not help. Tried both hot water and room temperature water.
