I heard so much about this brush and finally got it after pulling my hair with this Denman. What I like about this brush is that the teeth are very similar to a pointed comb with wide teeth. I love it. This type of brush suits my very curly 4C hair and 4B/C daughters and I'm sure the flexibility helps too. I see no break in it. Hair loss yes, but no hair breakage. My only problem is the grip. i really hate it It's so uncomfortable. Especially when I try to take my time untangling. My palms hurt. I've maintained it in every way I can, and I make sure it works as best as I can. I have long fingers, maybe that's better for small hands. Who knows. But I was expecting the $15 brush to be a little more comfortable, so I had to remove the star.
