Bought 5 of these and 2 of them literally went up in smoke. They do shut off high DC voltage, but if I hadn't caught them doing a smoke show they might have caught fire. Both times they ran from a regulated 12V supply and not once did the output short circuit. The first lasted a week, the second lasted a few months. I decided not to try my luck with others. Use with caution. I purchased this item from other sources. This review is not specific to this seller. But a warning, do not be silent.
