I've been using Foxybae products for over a year now so I'm familiar with the smell and texture of hair care products. I usually order direct from Foxybae but I decided to order the Foxybae 12 in 1 Daily Hair Mask from Revain as it ships the next day. When I opened the packaging, I noticed that the bottle looked a little different, but I didn't attach much importance to that. A few days later I applied the product to damp hair as usual. I immediately noticed that the product is very runny, smells a little different and makes my hair greasy. I used it again 2 days later and had the same experience. I remembered I had an almost empty bottle of the real Foxybae 12 in 1 so I decided to compare them. I immediately noticed that the label on the original bottle was thick, while the one I ordered from Revain could be scratched with a fingernail, some of the lettering and holographic outlines were also different than on the original bottle. I also compared taste and texture: the original bottle smelled nice and the product was thicker, while the Revain bottle smelled funny and wasn't as thick as the original. All these details are only visible to those who normally order directly from Foxybae. I am very disappointed and very upset that the seller is cheating people like this. If you want genuine Foxybae products, I strongly encourage you to order directly from Foxybae. The only reason I didn't add pictures is because you can't see the difference in color and thickness on the labels on camera.
