I like how powerful this software can be when it's working properly! We're still having problems finding things within our system after months since implementing. There have been several times where we've needed something from another file but could not locate what was requested during training or searching prior attempts. This should never happen again once they fix the issues found so far. Be patient as there are some quirks here and there with its usage as well. Our organization has gained access into other people's emails without their consent by way of being able to read text messages sent over WhatsApp messenger application which had links embedded.
