I use this strap with my Suunto 7 sport smartwatch to wear the watch on my forearm. The watch does not currently support pairing with a chest heart rate monitor, so this is the best way to get reliable heart rate data during exercise. Suunto 7 uses 24mm watch straps, but since they don't attach to spring bars, just wrap around them, everything works great. I actually bought 2 because I love it so much. It is adjustable so I can wear it on my wrist or on my forearm/shoulder. If you have a watch that doesn't allow for external heart rate sensors, or you just don't like chest straps and already own a watch with a heart rate sensor, then this is an option to consider. come in all other colors. I would buy them all differently.
