Shock absorbers were broken for three weeks. I'm not sure who would be to blame, although Revane "fulfilled" them, so I blame them. I'm not deducting a star for this reason. Now the shock absorbers are mounted with some effort. The first hit clicked without too much trouble, other than the door pushing up a bit when closing. The second punch was much harder. It was literally about half an inch longer. I struggled for a while until finally an assistant pushed the door and used a piece of wood to gently squeeze the damper to lock it in place. The retaining clip came off once, but I was able to reattach it and try again. This "fight" basically cost her a star. A NOTICE. The door doesn't open with a bang, so plan for it. I had a 2x4" piece to hold it open (I've seen people using ladders etc). Keep in mind that if you push hard against the door, this piece of wood will fall out (the second dude was a big one Help). After both shocks were installed, the unit worked as expected. The only thing I noticed was that the thickness of the new shock was thinner than the old one. I guess time will tell if it works.
