Safe for your cat. in cats

We use a harness to tie our cat outside. From time to time she will become tangled or tangled in something. I'm sure she can avoid it if she has to. This is not proof of escape. It is much easier to put on than other belts. I didn't need a seat belt. That does what I had to do.
