These pots and pans are not only beautiful, they cook well too. I love her. They need to be dried according to the manufacturer's instructions, which is very easy (wash and oil, I put them on low heat so the oil is absorbed into the porous material). Cheese. neither eggs nor cheese stick to the pan. If you've cooked it before you know it's a feat in its own right, the cheese always sticks and is difficult to tear out of the pan. They are very beautiful, I chose the red ones and they will be a good complement to my cooking utensils.
