I was looking for a simple TV for my dacha, as a result I bought into the power of the Sbermegamarket brand, it seemed that here the purchase should be more reliable than from small sellers. And that was the first major mistake. The only available delivery option to my village was delivery by 2022 Post (and this was another mistake). The third mistake was that the goods sold by SberMegaMarket, as it turned out, were sold not by the market, but by aliexpress. The product was delivered, but, as it turned out, it was damaged during delivery - the matrix was broken, which could only be noticed by turning on the TV. Well, then dances began with the Sbermegamarket support service, which, in fact, does not solve anything, but only unsubscribes that they "sent a request to the seller" and aliexpress, who fixed the damage and also went into silence, saying that "we will call you back." As a result, the money was spent, I've been sitting with a non-working TV for two weeks, and there is no solution to the problem from the "respected" Sbermegamarket and no less "respected" aliexpress. Thank you very much - no more purchases from either one or the other. This is a fiasco, gentlemen! ate: Sbermegamarket and aliexpress are full of g####, the problem is not solved at all, aliexpress is freezing, and Sbermegamarket, which wrote off money for the goods, switches to aliexpress. Stupid middleman with zero service. Full bottom!
