I don't know how they get 400-500 breaths on this thing. I've been using the system for about 3 weeks. The filter that came with the kit lasted longer than the replacement. I replaced my own badly clogged filter in 2.5 weeks of use and about 100-150 exhalations. I've only had 2 days and 15 breaths with a new filter and it's already hard to push the air through. I went into it because I hate kicking out "smoking friends" when they're full. This system is a step in the right direction, but I can't afford to buy that many filters and quick filter changes don't reduce waste.
