With the mask, I kept getting the mask in my mouth like I was trying to breathe it in or something. This little device really helped keep the mask off my mouth and made me feel like I could breathe a little more. It's not uncomfortable at all, she just sits on the bridge of her nose and the mask holds her in place. I wear glasses and had to fiddle around a bit, but it's no more or less comfortable than a single mask.
