This Koios vacuum sealer stopped working when I first tried it. I made a total of 17 prints. 10 seals were "vacuum + seal" for packaging dry products. The remaining 7 sealers only used the "seal" function to craft and/or seal the pouches. Then the "vacuum" function went all the way down. The machine sucks and sucks, but is no longer tight. It was very disappointing. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no 24/7 customer support as advertised. When you call 855-558-8777, the message is "The user you are trying to contact is not available." There was also no response to the Facebook chat or email to support@koios.com . So far no communication has been possible, and of course no return or exchange. If you need a vacuum sealer, look elsewhere.
