Great product, but terrible, terrible packaging! Judging by the bubble envelope it was sent in I could tell the box inside was broken. I opened the envelope and the broken box didn't even have any contents. However, the contents reached the delivery. No leaks. Definitely a plus! The jar of balm was very difficult to open. I had to keep poking the edge under the edge of the lid with the knife to finally open it. Took a while. Then I made the mistake of putting the cap back on, idiot, and I figured it was probably stuck again. In fact, the can lid is glued back onto the can container. I don't have the time or energy to fight to open it again. Very frustrating. As I said, great product but the packaging is terrible.
