LOVE these popsicle molds. I went back and forth trying to decide which ones to buy and they were the ones recommended the most by recipe bloggers. I am so happy with how easy they are to use and how good my popsicles have turned out. To free the popsicles from the molds, I did as others have recommended, simply dipped the frozen mold in a cup of warm water for a few seconds and they popped out right away. So excited to try more flavors. This product is highly recommended! Pros: I like separate metal molds, they are easier to work with. Metal pads with rubber inserts hold popsicle sticks perfectly. No "floating" sticks bounced back, the holder held them straight. Love the metal stand, it's so easy to set up and put in the freezer without taking up much space. Cons: The only issue was that I'm limited to 6 shapes, so maybe I'll get a second set so I can make more at once. Otherwise they are really perfect. I've included a photo of the first batch: a peach vanilla yoghurt strudel. Not the prettiest, but delicious! These shapes make it easy to create layers when you want to be fancy.
