Despite the fact that the vacuum cleaner only speaks Chinese, everything is intuitively clear in the design, if something is not clear, YouTube will help. We use it daily on the vacuum & mop mode, it perfectly removes animal hair. There are no carpets in the house, therefore, I can’t say how the vacuum cleaner cleans carpets. The seller put an adapter from a Chinese outlet, for which he has a plus for karma
