Sometimes works for loops

I have mixed reviews for these clips. I ordered two to try and if they work I would order more. I have several cabinets with hinges that open too far and I didn't want the doors to hit other doors or the wall. I ordered the clamps and read the installation instructions. One of the clips installed well and is still working after using the cabinet for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the other clip broke almost immediately. As these clips are not cheap being just a small piece of plastic I decided not to buy any more and looked for another solution.
