Does not fit the specified model

The roller does not fit the Amarey A800 vacuum cleaner. When I replaced my old vacuum with it, it stopped working and just started beeping. Insert the old video and everything worked. The filters are also too thick for the A800. Due to this, the filter door does not close completely, which also causes some problems.
