well built seat. Covered chains are good too. The only thing that could raise this to 5 stars would be if it was a bit more stable. We use these swings in parks and previously had a similar seat that was worn out (from a different manufacturer) and our youngest has no problem balancing in it. With this seat, he will lean forward a lot and you will have to keep a close eye on the baby. Although it has never been dropped, it will suddenly go from rocking in an upright and stable position to a very far forward leaning position, protruding almost so far past the front end that you think it's about to fall out. It never vibrates on its own, so this is a very minor issue. Moving the suspension brackets on the seat 1/4 to 1/2 inch forward seems to fix this issue, as reversing the seat (facing the higher seatback) prevents it. Overall, the quality of the materials outweighs this minor issue
