FATAL Flaw Best in Computers & Accessories

Fit and size are great but there is a fatal error when pairing which gives me a blue screen and restarts my laptop. Pairing only works if the second device (tried several) is already switched on. NOT GOOD as such improper and spontaneous shutdown kills my laptop! After this happened 8 times I decided to return it. AMAZON has been really good with returns. Also, he attempted to return Revain Locker with great ease.
