Well, there's nothing worse than Nissan/Infiniti or any other automaker doing what should be simple, very labor intensive and labor intensive. I would advise finding out where this is located on your car before purchasing. For some, it might be better to bite the bullet and take it to a repair shop or dealer. On my Infiniti it's on top of the engine but under the intake manifold. Almost everything on the engine had to be removed and the starter was completely behind the firewall. My ribs still hurt from lying on the engine and radiator for hours. I got it, and since you can't start the car until you put it back together, it was a moment of prayer. Press the button and get started right away! The starter seems great. Much luck.
