Let me start by saying this is a great kit. I ordered this kit for an Airstream trailer project. These are American made Clecos that work great. When the kit arrived from Revain it appeared to have been hacked into the Revain warehouse and everything was put back in its packaging and sealed with Revain tape. Unfortunately, the pliers (and a lot more, as I found out later) got lost in the process. I contacted Wicks Aircraft Supply directly over the weekend and received an immediate response that they will rectify the situation as soon as they open their next store. Monday. Of course they contacted me first thing on Monday morning, counted everything I received and found that not only was I missing a pair of pliers but also some glue. Two days later they received a package with the missing parts! THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS! You are interested in the scope and nature of your projects. They offer relevant advice without rushing you with unnecessary products. I will buy from them in the future.
