Review on 💧 Brita UltraMax Gray 18 Cup Water Dispenser with BPA-Free Filter - Buy Now! by Shannon Harris

I only received this product two days ago and I would like to clarify some of the negative reviews I read before purchasing. The first thing I read was the comment that you can't use Brita Longlast Blue replacement filters, which is wrong. I bought a Longlast filter to install and it works great. I suspect that the person who left the feedback about you not being able to use them failed to line up the small indentation on the filter with the groove in the dispenser. Secondly, some people have said that they need to pull the device forward. some from their fridge to be able to pour water into a cup, otherwise it would spill right onto the shelf. I haven't had this problem at all, the spout protrudes just far enough from the edge of my fridge shelf that I can put a cup underneath and fill it without moving the appliance. Third, some people have stated that it was difficult to completely remove the lid from the top. . And maybe that's the case with the black version of this dispenser (I bought the gray one and if you look the two colors differ in shape and style) but the gray one removes the top cap very easily without having to pull hard at all. It's a tall block and fits perfectly on my shelf, but I can't open the filler cap all the way because it then hits the shelf above. I have to keep it open and pour in from another pitcher. Small annoyance, but my fridge is also a bit small. So those of you with large kitchen fridges shouldn't have this problem unless it's an old fridge with no moving shelves. All in all this dispenser is perfect for what I need and I felt that some of the negative comments weren't entirely accurate and maybe more user error than anything else (again I don't know how the black one works). this device in relation to everything I wrote, since gray and black are completely different styles of dispensers)
