I like that it saves all our time in logging out and back in again after we complete each task or visit site. Sometimes you can't click anywhere without getting stuck due to bugs and glitches. If there's any problem with my account such as lost connection from internet or wifi problems or even password reset I'm not able to log right into site again until they fix it so I have to wait till they get back online or find another way around. We use this web application since 2017. This software helped us keep track of our subcontractors' hours. With this program we could also communicate with them at anytime from anywhere using their cell phones or tablets.The interface can be confusing sometimes but not much you cant get used to it very fast! I would recommend this product if you need a simple way to input timesheets and pay employees. Being able to use this program outside of office time was great too.
