I bought this about a year ago and have never had one so didn't know what to expect. The first problem is that the description says the kit comes with a charger and cable, but it doesn't. I contacted the seller and he said he would send them but never did. So I had to buy a USB-C charger that MUST be activated just to use the device. The second issue is that the jetpack has always had trouble turning on. If the device is off or turning off, pressing and holding the power button will turn it on, but will NOT keep it on. It shows the home screen and everything, but then turns off and goes to the loading screen. I have to restart several times to keep it enabled. And finally, I'm writing this review a year after purchase because the battery affects the quality of reception! I did NOT know this until I bought a new battery which arrived today. I could never get more than 3 bars on this thing at home. I thought it was just a network. But today I installed a new battery and immediately got 4 bars! And I get different information on the screen (LTE display with arrow). This leads me to believe that the battery that came with the jetpack wasn't very good. I would buy another jetpack but not from this seller.
