Accurate and fast: test, measure and verify

This thermometer measures temperature quickly and very accurately. It is small, compact and very easy to use. I especially like the "Hold" feature, which allows you to take the temperature and then pull out and see what the numbers say. This is very handy as you can get the right angle in the meat without having to worry about reading the numbers from whatever angle.
