If I'm not mistaken, these brake pads should be new. It is clear that this is not the case. Not only was the box and packaging already open, but the pads were obviously already installed on the caliper and were obviously scratched and used. Why is it so hard for people to understand that when you order a new product it has to be new. If it's used, mark it as such and resell it! Was the price cheap? Yes, but I didn't want to buy used brakes! I do not have the time or patience to return defective or misadvertised automotive products received from Revain. It's one thing when it's an isolated incident and another when nearly 50% of the auto parts I've bought from different vendors are either defective or of poor quality. 2 stars because they still have enough life to use them on my car. I didn't come back because I need the car for work and I don't have time to take the calipers apart every two weeks while waiting for another part. The brakes seem to work well, I'm just a little upset that again I was misled about what I got.
