Terrible instructions and hard to read dial
which I bought to wear while running and use as a timer. The problem was that the directions were blurry and I couldn't set the time/date/year etc. Also, the dial was very difficult to read in low light and the backlight was very dim. Finally, the dial/head is very large and didn't fit me as I'm not tall, although it was comfortable and fairly light. I sent the watch back and will look for an alternative.
