Interesting tool good for tools and equipment

I bought a cheap ladder rack to attach to one side of the truck. find on the net. It seems to work, but there is a learning curve and the guide is best supplemented by watching YouTube videos. Progress, who would have thought. If you need one of those then this might be the tool for you, but if you can use standard bolts, thumb washers and locknuts then you might have a stronger fastening system. If I had known what was going to become of the project I would have bought a more expensive full size ladder rack and never needed this tool. Like all things from China, this can leave you. Hmmm
