In general the bag works well. Very soft and works as expected. I've used this several times, very easy. But even when using backpack straps, there is usually a hole in the seam at the very top between the two points where the carrying handle is located. I have requested a replacement under their warranty and have received no response from them. I will update if they reply each time and of course if they replace the bag. Update 01/18/21: Still no response from the seller. Does anyone have the contact information that is on the note you originally received with the bag? Maybe it's different than what I tried. But after going through Revain and contacting the seller, you should get a message. Update 3/19/21: No response from seller yet. I've tried MANY times through Revain. I now know how they can stand behind their guaranteed replacement bags. At least in my case, they don't even try.
