Installed on a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT1. If you are replacing these washers also replace the bushings: Fel-Pro ES72833 Misc Set and buy here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C2GB72/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 If you do that much/any work on the machine, don't be stingy, go ahead and replace/do the job right. Also this set does NOT come with grommets, buy them separately from the above link on amazon.com. (The link may change in the future, so the part number is also listed above.) I usually stick with the Fel-Pro when changing pads on my machine and I haven't been dissatisfied.
