Great coat!
Not cold yet (ie I haven't tested it in Minnesota winter) but my son likes it and seems thin enough for a proper car seat. Pleasant feeling of fur quality. We bought a size up in case he needs more layers to change. Edited to say he loves this coat and says it's warm enough to play outside (they stay inside when the wind chill is above -10).
