Review on Spectre Performance 9017 Air Intake by Brad Ward

I've been (seriously) looking at cold air kits from various manufacturers for a number of years, but have never been able to justify the cost for the performance gain. I saw and ordered it just last week and couldn't be happier. It was MUCH cheaper, the quality seems great, and the install was pretty darn easy. Sounds MUCH better like the car is gulping air now. I also feel like it runs better at higher revs, but at lower revs it drives the same as before. Definitely worth the money and time! -- UPDATE -- I had some problems with the filter damping. I ended up using a disk cutter and a dremel to rough up the cylinder that the filter is attached to and that seems to have prevented it (it was too smooth). So if you have something like this, check and tighten regularly. I am not changing my rating as I am very satisfied with the product.
