When your headless server needs a head.

Sometimes you just want a spare monitor; so you can try or do something. In my case; I have several headless servers and sometimes I stick the head in them; to get a better idea of what's going on. The YGG portable monitor fits perfectly in my bottom drawer; in anticipation of those times when I "wish" not to have a spare monitor. The monitor itself is encased in an aluminum alloy casing; and weighs more than most tablets of the same size. It comes with 75mm VESA mounting holes on the back; or you can use the included magnetic "smart cover" for a quick setup. The smart cover attaches to the top back of the monitor with magnets, and you "fold" the hinge parts of the cover until you get the viewing angle you want. Adjusting the cover can be "a bit tricky" and I recommend finding the right position first before connecting any interface or power cables. A 5V/3A USB power adapter is included in case the system you are connecting to cannot provide enough power. Because it's something that can run unattended for a long period of time; I am thankful that the power supply is UL listed - I even checked the registration number printed on the power supply. 1920 x 1080 resolution, built-in speakers and a wide range of interface options; The VGG monitor is a good choice for operating headless servers. The only other feature I could "wish" for is maybe touchscreen input lol.
