After reading all the negative reviews about it, I was hesitant to try it. And the price is a bit steep for a fixed income. But I've tried all kinds of mugs and mug warmers and spent more than I should and then had to pay them back. I'm happy with the Bunn burners I've bought but disappointed with the expensive Yeti. So I thought this mug might come in handy. I'm even glad I bought it. So far it seems to be working great. That makes my coffee perfect for me. Hot but not too hot. It's going to be perfect, just right for me. It's very pretty and on the delicate side. The only problem I see is that it's so small. I have arthritis in my thumb and I have a hard time grasping the little handle on the lid. You can try using it without the lid. I think time will tell if it was a good buy. So I bought it 99.8%. UPDATE: I LIKE THE CUP and still love the heated tray. What I don't like is that it seems like it's dripping onto the front of the mug and I'm struggling to keep it clean. So I bought a bigger one, because if it's still dripping, at least you won't see it immediately because it's dark in color. This is the same Vsitoo brand. I also hope it works well.
