The witches had so much fun they forgot their hats!
The problem with these hats is that when it's windy the hats get wrapped around the pins I have them attached to and I have to unroll them. I haven't found a better way to avoid this problem. But the hats are colorful during the day and look great at night, so these witch hats are worth checking out. Oh and the hats are a really good size and would look really pretty in your garden!
