Review on Kats 30115 Watt Frost Heater by Kody Bradley

Direct replacement for the heater unit in a 2001 Dodge Cummins 5.9L. Although in the garage, Revine says it won't work. It comes with a new cable, so don't buy an extra one. /17 Maybe it was a Chinese copy, definitely not the quality I expect from Katz. The last one I bought lasted five winters. I killed this one with a radiator leak. You'll burn out when your cooling system stops leaking. ******UPDATE 5/2/17***** If I could give zero stars I would. This review is for the second replacement I received after the first took two months. This lasted two months. These must be low quality copies. The first stock heater lasted 10 years (Mopar), the second Kats heater 5. In the last four months I've installed two more "Kats" (no!) and they both died after two months. The first thing I pulled out to send on credit looked brand new. I'm afraid this one will look the same. DON'T THINK BRAND! Go to your local parts store and buy a good quality block heater.
