This is a great upgrade from the seat that came with my bike and is a great deal too. The only thing that has kept me from long bike rides so far is that my original seat was very uncomfortable. Now I expect my bike to be used a lot more. I'm 6ft 2", almost two hundred pounds with very little natural padding on my back and I have no complaints about the cushioning/comfort of this seat. I've paid more for other bikes. for seats that weren't that good. I had to buy a new post to attach it, but that's only because part of the old seat's mechanism was built right into the post, making a direct replacement impossible. Check yours first as this may save you the trouble of placing a separate order like I did.
