Review on 🔵 Enhanced Rusco Spin Down Separator Replacement Filter by Kevin Taharka

I replaced the old Rusco 1″ filter and it looks the same as the one I have and the dimensions are still the same. The only difference is at the bottom of my filter. is round in shape, and there are four small protrusions or legs on the bottom of this filter (see attached photo). With the new filter, I couldn't screw the filter holder in all the way because it was too high and leaking. went down a bit so the filter was a little deeper in the mount and then I was able to assemble the unit with no leaks. My filter assembly is only 10 years old so it's a shame for Rusco that they don't guarantee their new filters are backwards compatible are . Otherwise the filter is fine, but it's just an indicator that the company has poor engineering or that this new filter is specifically designed not to be backwards compatible. In any case, I will not buy any more Rusco products in the future.
