My husband and I have just returned from a week's package tour of Italy. We heard before the trip that there are different types of power outlets in Italy, but this adapter fits all of the outlets we saw at the three hotels we stayed at. During the drive we wanted to charge our two phones, the iPad, our camera. , and our spare camera battery at different times. We took this adapter with us along with a pair of friends, but since it has two inputs and we didn't need to charge everything at once, we only used it throughout our trip. We didn't use our phones for anything more than checking the time, so they didn't need to be charged often. If you need more it's worth buying a pair of these as you may find that your room only has one outlet and extra inputs are good.
